"Fantastic Service"

We've been to the Windemere Hotel twice in the past three years and love it each time. Most recently, we were there in November for a Thanksgiving reunion. During our stay we misplaced our sons shoes and had asked about them but they couldn't be found. Then after we left we discovered we had forgotten our cell phone charger. We called the hotel to ask about it. Not only did they send it to us immediately (we received at our home 2 days after we left), but they included our sons missing shoes. Someone there was really on the ball. All the service was excellent and the staff was friendly, curteous and responsive during our stay. The facilities were also very nice, clean, safe and enjoyable. We recommend it.

THIS HOTEL HAD EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I STAYED OVERNIGHT FOR 3 NIGHTS IN FOR A FRIENDS WEDDING. THE STAFF WAS NICE, FAST, AND WERE COURTEOUS WITH MY ADDED NIGHT STAY. THE CONFERENCE CENTER IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE POOL AREA IS LUSH. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE
