Ocean Avenue Gallery Space-usage Rates:
-Events: $420 per hour off-peak days/nights, $600 per hour peak-days/nights.
-Photo campaigns $1000 space shooting fee then hourly as per Events.
-Filming(with complimentary art licensing available): $1500 per hour off-peak. $2100 per hour peak-days.
-Art licensing at discretion of gallery for controversial films and advertisement filming.
-If you want art removed from the walls for your use, art removal fee: $1500 off-peak, $2100 peak-days.
