base price is $1,200 rental. plus a refundable $500.00 clean/security deposit, price includes.tables,chairs,bartender,security and insurance. the $500 is also used to hold the date, additional hours are available for $75.00 per hour, $1,200 + $500 equals $1,700. After your party if everthing is okay you get $500 back, don't feel like cleaning up after? We will do that for you at a cost of $200. Renter has two hours before event to set up and decorate and one hour after for clean up, extra hours are $25.00 per hour for set up /clean up. Renter chooses the time of their rental, normally the party ends at midnight. exceptions may be made to go later up to 1 am. We can hold up to 185 people
Price includes tables,chairs, security, insurance and a bartender, we have a full bar. Price does not include drinks, table covers or silverware. We have a raised stage and dance floor, live music or dj is okay. Use your own caterer for food, kitchen is available for a extra $100.00
We have 40 parking spaces, on street parking is okay.
The $500 deposit will be forfeited if property is damaged or contract is not followed. If Rental is cancelled 45 or more days before the event $250 is refunded, under 45 days no money is refunded if event is cancelled.
Drink prices are $1.00 for canned soda or bottled water, $3.50 for domestic beer, $4.00 for imported. Well brand mixed drinks are also $4.00.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED!!!! Renter can bring in fruit punch, lemonade, horchata, sparking cider for toasting. Only exception for alcohol is renter can bring Champagne for a toast. All drinks are sold individually, no keg beer or bottles of liquor are sold.
