The So Cool eVenue is 10,000 square feet of open warehouse space offering a blank canvas for your own creative design. The So Cool eVenue includes a 1,000 square foot ice lounge. This room is maintained at -5 degrees Celsius and is made completely of ice! Led lighting illuminates the walls of ice, ice chandeliers, an ice bar, ice tables and ice chairs. Guests are provided with fur lined hooded capes and Croc Shoes to keep them warm during the ice lounge experience. The eVenue is conveniently located west of I-95 in an industrial area approximately five miles east of the Miami International Airport. As an industrial zoned area, there are no restrictions on time of use. The eVenue is centrally located: • Less than 5 miles to The Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, downtown Miami and the Design District • Less than 10 miles from local convention facilities including the Doral Resort & Spa, The Ritz Carlton South Beach, The Loews, and the Miami Beach Convention Center • Less than 15 miles to the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, The Eden Roc, The Fontainebleau and Dolphin Stadium • Less than 20 miles to the Westin Diplomat, in Hollywood FL The So Cool eVenue is built to current code. The eVenue accommodates banquet style seating for 500 people. The venue is wheel chair accessible, includes ample air conditioning, bathroom facilities including family facilities, and fire safety features. Two quick connect power supplies provide 600 amps of additional power to meet your audio and visual needs. The venue does not provide for food and beverages. You may hire the caterer of your choice and arrange your own décor and entertainment although ice décor and lighted furniture will be supplied by So Cool Events. Appropriate insurance and proper licensing is required for all events and vendors. Ample parking is available. Parking and valet parking for the convenience of your guest is available.
