Our professional staff is committed to making your special day perfect by providing attentive coordination of your wedding reception from the beginning to end. We will do all of the set-up and tear-down of the banquet room including tables, chairs, china, silver and glassware. The dance floor is also complimentary and we will setup the guestbook table and gift tables. We will also provide a table for the DJ of your choice and a wireless microphone for toasts and announcements.
Our high ceilings and modern chandeliers are only a few accolades of our elegant venue. Our facility is very spacious and our built-in stage provides raised seating of the head table for you and your bridal party. Decoration possibilities are endless at the Hy-Vee Conference Center! A variety of table linens and napkin colors are included complimentary and a square mirror tile and 3 votive candle centerpiece is provided for each table. We also supply a wedding cake display table and provide a cake cutting service; either serving each guest or having a presentation back on the cake table.
