The original Fernand Stutes Grocery & Bar captured the essences of all the country bars of the past. Fernand was the quintessential Cajun, loved by generations of patrons. He was bar owner, grocer, barber, farmer and justice of the peace, operating all his endeavors from the rambling wood frame building that housed the colorful bar.Fernand Stutes Building, Acadian Village, Lafayette
