The Greenwood Manor Inn is located at the top of Long Lake in Harrison with 7 acres of lawn and formal gardens surrounded by 100 acres of woods. The inn is a former private residence of a wealthy businessman and was built in 1870 for him and his large family. It was converted into an inn in the late 1980’s and is our pride and joy to own and operate. Basically, when you have a wedding here, you are required to book all the rooms in the inn for two nights. That cost isn’t necessarily yours, but rather whatever guests (or bridal party members) who choose to stay here. There are 9 guest rooms in all. We have a really beautiful “honeymoon” suite that the bride usually stays in and gets ready in the day of the wedding with her attendants. The only other fee is a grounds fee of $13/person. That entitles you to full use of the inn and grounds for the weekend. You may use the facility for your rehearsal dinner (we have an awning covered deck that can accommodate up to 30 people), ceremony, reception and even an after party around the fire pit into the wee hours.
