The Hinckley Company has been creating downeast style Jet boats and sail boats since 1928. Known around the world, the Hinckley Company builds the finest watercraft anywhere. Made expressly for The White Barn Inn by Hinckley’s skilled 4th and 5th generation boat builders, The True Blue is a luxury Jet boat outfitted with every comfort. The vessel is offered for private charter, champagne picnics and cocktail cruises for up to six persons. Docked at The White Barn Inn Wharf Marina, The True Blue will set the pace as the epitome of yachting elegance.

The White Barn Inn Restaurant has been honored with numerous awards. The restaurant is the recipient of the prestigious AAA Five-Diamond Award for the 11th consecutive year, the only restaurant in Maine and one of only three restaurants in New England to earn this distinction. In addition, it was also named to the Fine Dining Hall of Fame by Nation's Restaurant News and remains one of only two Maine establishments named into Distinguished Restaurants of North America (DiRONA).

Located in our expanded wine cellar which showcases up to 7,000 bottles of hand-picked wines, The Wine Room has been created with an attentive eye to every detail. With a discrete separate entrance found at the end of an inlaid stone walkway, the room evokes a decidedly rustic, yet warm and rich ambiance. The custom dining table of imported Indian granite surrounds a wrap around black leather banquette. The mahogany and red cedar wine casements are enhanced by a specially commissioned mural by local artist Judith Hardenbrook depicting the lush countryside of Tuscany. An antiqued Italian chiaro marble floor and soft lighting complete the private dining experience that is a perfect setting for a romantic dinner, special occasion or small dinner party.
