The best caterer that I have ever used for a large event is Steven Wilson's Minute Event Catering. It is ran very professionally and can turn any event into a memorable one. They work closely with their client to ensure that the meals and the overall environment is inviting and appealing to those in attendance. They very flexible with the clients and can adapt to last minute changes.

Minute Events Catering offers a wide range of food including southwestern, Cajun & Creole , barbecue , traditional American new American , Greek , African , Californian , Latin American, Italian, Cheese steak , Thai, Steakhouse, Spanish, Southern & Soul, Caribbean , Seafood, and so many more dishes. In fact, my organization selected them because of their wide variety. We were having an international night and needed someone who could competently provide food from many cultures.

But this company did so much more than that. They went the extra mile and put their own personal touch to the theme for the event, even throwing in a festive cake at no additional cost. The staff is friendly and polite. It is so evident that they take great pride in their work. This is the second year that we have used them for a major event and we expect to continue to do so for years to come. I would recommend Minute Events Catering for any event and feel confident that the will get the job done and give service with a smile.
