I will be your personal planner (assistant) and will ONLY finalize your event according to your plans and instructions, and provide on-site management on the day of your event. I will represent you as your Event Planner for with all of your vendors. You will meet with me at least two to four weeks in advance to discuss your specific plans. I'll take all of your information and contact and coordinate with you and your vendors exactly what is necessary to make your event go exactly as planned. This package provides our unlimited assistance from the initial consultation to on-site coordinator for your event. I'll work side by side with you to go over all the details that will make your event one to remember. I'll handle all of the arrangements for your venue, caterers, florist, photographers, musicians, officiate, etc.** And I'll guarantee you that Vivian Vernell Event Planning & Promotions, Inc. will bring professionalism, uniqueness and quality service to your event that will set it apart from the ordinary. Save an additional 30% when you book this package by March 31, 2013.* *Our base Day-of-the-Coordinator package fees are based upon the client's budget at the rate of 18%, 20% and 24% respectively. In addition to the initial deposit, a non-refundable payment equal to 50% of the total package rate is due at the time of execution of the agreement.
