"Business or Personal Event Location"

I would highly recommend the Intercontinental Hotel on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO for any type of event and, more specifically, the two rooms available on the rooftop. These rooms are spacious, yet very warm and welcoming and can accommodate approximately 180 to 200 people. I used the larger room for my wedding reception and the smaller room which contains a bar and small set of stairs for our Sunday Brunch the following day but they would honestly be wonderful for any type of business or personal event. Both rooms offer an absolutely amazing view of the Country Club Plaza with walls of ceiling to floor windows. This would be the ideal location to view the most beautiful sunset or experience an awesome storm up close. Aesthetics aside, I encountered the sweetest and most responsive waiters/waitresses and had the most organized and accommodating event planner, Dustin Logan. They allowed my husband and I and our guests to have a wonderful experience. Though a little pricier than some other locations, the food and drinks were also wonderful and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I guarantee I would have all 180 of our guests backing this review.
