Liberty Ridge Farm, Schaghticoke — Now in our 13th Season we are proud to announce our recent expansion, with a new chef, all new catering menu and a unique lineup of culinary events. The Liberty Ridge Farm Family has entertained families for 12 years striving to excite with new experiences on the farm. Growing from a corn maze that delighted hearts and minds into a full service year round destination, our roots were planted by our fans voluntarily “Getting Lost” in our cornfield labyrinth. With our recent expansion we have expanded our packages for Capital Region company picnics, class reunions and corporate events. The farm’s seasonal offerings now include exquisite culinary packages that are created to compliment the Saratoga and Capital Region. If you are looking for a rustic smoked barbecue or refined elegance for your next picnic, weddings and/or company event, we have catered packages, fun and options that can enhance your gathering and WOW your guests.

Gifford Barn, Liberty Ridge Farm, Schaghticoke — Liberty Ridge Farm has become one of the premier wedding destinations in the Albany Capital District. Indoor Equestrian themed weddings or Outdoor Tent weddings are venues that accommodate parties under 100 to over 300 with breathtaking views that dazzle and delight. The Gifford Barn, a Dutch style barn, hosts 2400 sq. ft. of reception space decorated in an equestrian theme, with high ceilings, exposed beams and beautiful cherry harvest tables that offer the ultimate in rustic elegance. The Bridal Room located within the Gifford Barn gives the bride and her bridal party a place to relax, share and get ready for their special day. A sweeping hard wood deck runs the entire length of the Gifford Barn, just steps outside of the “Quincy Room” showcasing inspiring views of the grounds and the Hoosic River. The deck is a prime location where groups can enjoy cocktails, conversations and camaraderie, the deck also acts as a spectacular observation point for an optional fireworks display.
