The rental includes security, in-house sound system with a 5-CD disc changer and MP3/ipod connection. All of the tables and chairs are included as well as a caterer’s kitchen with a refrigerator, warmer, microwave, sink, etc. We also set up the room in whatever configuration you want, and after the event, we clean, mop, vacuum, etc. Each room in SkyView is rented separately with a four- hour minimum. The rental fee varies depending on the room you wish to rent. The Ballroom: $1,250 for four hours, each additional hour is $250; Level 2: $800 for four hours, each additional hour is $150; The Terrace: $600 for four hours, each additional hour $100; Level 3: $500 for four hours, each additional hour is $75.
