Description

We welcome the opportunity to provide a bride and groom, their families and friends, a delightful wedding experience! We offer a sacred space that supports the spiritual experience of coming before God to affirm the commitment to a holy marriage covenant. We have an historic sanctuary that seats 110. We have an excellent sound system and a baby grand piano. The Pastor of the church shall be the officiator of record. The couple shall have met with the Pastor a satisfactory number of times to support the beginning of their marriage and to plan the service. A rehearsal is suggested and is included in the fee. We offer a worshipful sphere, and we support all people’s understanding of God because our Christian theology seeks to model Jesus Christ’s commitment to love our neighbor’s goodness.

The historic Glendale New Church offers a beautiful wedding chapel and full service to the bride and groom. We are next door to an excellent banquet facility, The Glendale Lyceum. There is also a meeting space perfect for groups up to 60 people in a bright, warm and quiet room. We are part of the Glendale Village National Historic District. The congregation is seeking to be of service to the community and so the fees are low. This is a perfect meeting space for non profits.
