Board Conference Room 50 max cap

General Event Space Max Capacity: 50 people

This beautifully appointed room with curved walls is perfect for meetings. It is located on the second floor in the administrative wing. Box lunches for 50 may be provided upon request. Plated lunches are available for 20 or less depending on the menu. State-of-the-art A/V equipment and an A/V technician, if requested, are available for a nominal fee. Seating capacity - 50 Conference table seats 20; Club chairs with arm desks seat an additional 30. The board conference room is available for rental Mon. – Fri. during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The classroom is excellent for meetings, teacher in-service and small workshops. Catering can be provided upon request. The Adult Classroom is carpeted and furnished with tables and chairs and is equipped with a marker board and countertop. The two Student Classrooms are furnished with chairs and tables, sinks and a marker board. The wall in between these rooms can be opened for special events doubling the size of the room. Seating capacity-36 The classroom is available for rental Mon. – Fri. during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Oklahoma City Museum of Art offers 14 galleries and one special exhibitions gallery featuring world class traveling exhibitions. Guests can enjoy the galleries at a reduced rate plus the cost of security.

The lobby is appropriate for receptions and seated dinners and provides the perfect backdrop for an elegant event. Features include an atrium with a spectacular sculpture created by artist Dale Chihuly, limestone walls and marble flooring. Space constraints prevent seated dinners for more than 104. No red wine, candles, dancing or bands with amplification will be permitted. Capacity for seated dinner-104 Capacity for reception-450 Availability of the lobby includes evenings after 6 p.m. with the exception of Thursdays. Furniture rentals not included

The Museum Cafe is located on the ground floor and features gourmet entrees, soups, salads and desserts. Beverages include coffee, espresso, cappuccino, soft drinks and a full service bar. Museum Cafe, Inc. is the exclusive caterer for all Museum events. As a full service caterer, the Museum Cafe can provide everything needed for your event. Seating capacity-110 The Cafe may be rented for private events on Sunday and Monday evenings. There is a minimum food and beverage charge in lieu of a room rental fee.
