Our Executive Chef, Bryan Matthews, has over 25 years of experience in well-known establishments that include several upscale restaurants in Charleston, Columbia, and Atlanta. Such as: The Harbor Club, High Cotton, Howard Johnson, Restaurant Divino, and Steven Duvall. He has a strong record of developing creative recipes for guests bringing vast experience and training from several of these fine dining restaurants and as a personal chef. With his unique blend of creative flair and passion for food as well as great engaging interpersonal skills, Chef Matthews, has also created, designed, and implemented menus producing daily selections. He has also supervised and trained kitchen staff to serve large groups at numerous events and dining. Our Executive Chef has working knowledge of top quality meats, fresh fish and vegetables including butchering, portion control, sauteing, roasting, grilling, braising, and poaching.
