Our Day Of Event Coordination has three phases, the pre-wedding, the wedding, and the post-wedding. With the pre-wedding we provide unlimited support via phone and email for all wedding questions, Up to one consultation/planning meeting, receiving all vendor contracts 14 days prior to the wedding, assessing all event arrangements/contracts to identify deficiencies, creation of a timeline and itinerary for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, etc. The wedding day includes wedding day coverage of one lead consultant and two assistant consultants, on-site troubleshooter to ensure bride and groom are stress-free, provide "Emergency Kit" for the wedding day, assist in the delivery of the wedding day attire for the bride, instruct the bridal party and immediate family on their wedding day duties, etc. The post-wedding includes delivery of the guest book and throw-away bouquet to the reception site, directing a 2 hour reception, directing the cake cutting ceremony, etc.

Our Social Event Production provides unlimited support via phone and email for all questions and concerns, up to two consultation/planning meeting, receiving all vendor contracts 14 days prior to the event, assessing all event arrangements/contracts to identify deficiencies, creation of a timeline and itinerary for the day of walk through, actual event, and site clean-up. The event day includes event coverage of one lead consultant and two assistant consultants, on-site troubleshooter to ensure the client is stress-free, provide "Emergency Kit", assist in the delivery of the event day attire, instruct the guest on the day’s events, etc.

The 30 Day Finale works well with the bride and groom that would like a coordinator to guide them along their planning process during the final 30 days before the wedding. EEOH will provide unlimited support via phone and email for all wedding questions, up to four consultation/planning meetings, and act as a liaison with all vendors starting 30 days prior to the wedding. EEOH will review planning timelines to provide guidance in completing remaining items, assess all event arrangements/contracts to ensure accuracy of details, provide emergency resolution as issues may arise within the last 30 days, and provide etiquette advice and coaching as questions arise. Additionally, we will provide guidance on finalizing the ceremony sequence, music selection, special readings, etc.
