Consulting services vary with each event; therefore, the cost of consulting varies accordingly. All of the planning is based on the way the client envisions their dream day. When we are contracted, we provide the following services:
• Distributing your budget.
• Recommending vendors that fit within your budget.
• Accompanying you to the individual vendor consultations and helping you to ask the questions that are important for each category.
• Keeping a copy of all contracts and providing you with a payment calendar that lets you know when and what is due to whom. We follow up to make sure payments are received and stay in contact with your vendors, working out all significant details for both you and the vendor.
• Coordinating event activities.
