I have monthly seminars for the company that I work for and was going to be in the Cedar City area for two of them. After doing some research on restaurants, I decided to call Cedar Creek to get their prices, etc.
After speaking with the Manager, I was sold; I didn't even bother calling any of the other restaurants in town to cater my seminar.
Extremely professional and polite, their prices and food was just what I wanted.
The entire cater came to us in perfect time, all the hot food was hot and all the cold food was cold. They set up and asked if there was anything else they could do, then left us to our business. After about my scheduled 1.5 hours, they promptly returned, cleaned everything up and gave me the invoice.

PERFECT.
