Terms of Engagement: Terms & Deposit: If this proposal is acceptable to you please sign where it says “Your Name “, and return this page with a 75% deposit due upon approval., with the balance due two weeks prior to the date of your event on ***___,____,_______. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, for scheduling purposes, Tasteful Affairs will be notified in writing two weeks prior to the scheduled date of your event. The deposit will be returned less $ 000.00., for expenses occurred to date. Final Guest Count: The final guest count is due 5 business days prior to your event. If we do not hear from you at that time we will use the higher guest count for preparation and billing. A lower guest count may result in a higher per person price. ***Terms and Services: Tasteful Affairs Catering will prepare a reception with passed/stationary appetizers, plated or buffet dinner, cocktail reception, etc., for the number of Guests you have provided/ (vendor meals) / (children meals) on date of event. Set up is scheduled to begin 2 to 3 hours prior to your event. Estimated labor is based on number of hours for set up, service, and clean up.
