My husband and I got married a month ago and we just want to thank Primo Events for their outstanding service!! If there's anything that I love most about this businesses, is the personal customer service. Most venue’s we contacted before choosing them did not provide the level of personal contact that we wanted. Then we found Primo Events. These people are so professional in the way they communicated with us in the beginning, all the way to executing the day of! They provided the perfect venue, catering (Chef Elsa), DJ (Jose), photography (Shawn Femia & Sarah Reese), the officiant (Mr. Harold McGee), bar staff (I didn’t catch their names but they were so much fun!), and coordinated all our event rentals from ceremony décor to reception. They also allowed us enough elbow room to be creative and include our personal touches while guiding us with their knowledge. I loved how they gently but respectfully advised us against some bad ideas we had and I thank them for that (for example I initially wanted assigned seating during the ceremony, they advised that this would result in long seating time for our guests and some guests may be offended that their seat was in the back) Then there are also the times that we challenged them, like getting us a Violinist for the ceremony with just three days notice On the day of the wedding, everything happened like clockwork. I didn't have to manage anything because our onsite coordinator (Elizabeth) planner had it all lined up. There were some major coordination that needed to happened since it was an outdoor ceremony on the beach, ... EVERYBODY that attended the wedding enjoyed themselves and could not stop talking about how well it flowed. "It's because we had Ron and his incredible staff, so totally worth it!" We got married on the beach and had our reception soiree’ in the neptune room which is such a great location. From the moment I spoke with Ron from primo events on the phone to our first meet and greet, he was always responsive, timely, and just so much fun! he will do everything in his power to give you the vision you want to see on your wedding day. After calling so many wedding venues and catering places, I really found that with Ron I still got fantastic quality of service, and was able to have more money for those "fun" elements I had my heart set on. From uplighting, to gorgeous decorations...this truly would not have been possible given the number of guests elsewhere. What is included in their wedding package really helps take care of many extra costs that add up quickly. There are a lot of perks that come with their wedding venue package that others don't include. We also had the ability to come in early to drop off things off. I cannot say how truly thankful we were to have such an amazing venue!!! Our guests had nothing but raving reviews about the beautiful venue, great atmosphere, and fantastic party. I promise if you have your wedding in with these amazing people, you wont regret it.

I use Primo Events every year for our company holiday party. They always do a wonderful job, from catering, DJ, photography, decor, the list goes on!
