Our Park System has long been a source of pride for the communities of Milwaukee County in southeastern Wisconsin. With over 140 parks and parkways totaling nearly 15,000 acres, we offer a source of recreational enjoyment for citizens and visitors alike. Besides the tax levy, park user fees support our programs. Additional financial assistance comes from federal and state grants, non-profit partners and corporate sponsors. We recommend a visit to the building you are considering before making reservations to ensure the accommodations suit your needs. Food preparation in park pavilions is prohibited. The Parks Department will set up tables and chairs per your request. Only tables and chairs supplied by the park can be used. You are not allowed to furnish your own or rented tables and chairs or other furniture. Restroom facilities and area parking lots are available for use by all park patrons.
Weddings, family reunions, birthday parties, business meetings, banquets, community-group socials, revivals, concerts, plays, and sports tournaments are among the many events held at rental sites in the parks each year.
